Returns  Policy
Returns may be made within 14 days of receiving your order. When returning your item(s), they must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.  Any items that are sales final promotional items are not eligible for exchange or refund. We reserve the right to refuse a exchange or refund request that does not comply with our return policy. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please note we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Starting a Return
Email us at to start a return. Please put your Order# in the Subject line and include a detailed reason for the return. We will respond as soon as we can.

We do not make exchanges. To transition to a new item please use the refund policy and place a new order for the desired new item.

To be eligible for a refund please utilize the return policy. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an update via email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Our team will review your return and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a couple weeks.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at
